在职业教育转向的背景下,审视“岗课赛证”融通育人内涵逻辑,既能推动职业教育体系向前发展,又是育人模式理论研究和实践探索的新诉求。“岗课赛证”融通育人是实现“产学研用”密切契合、发挥综合育人成效的核心路径,需要构建以“岗”促产的实践教学机制,以“课”促学的“三教”改革机制,以“赛”促研的学习激励机制,以“证”促用的人才评价机制,打造全过程育人新范式和全方位育人新生态。

Abstract:

In the context of vocational education transformation, examining the logical connotations and outlining the transformation path of post-course-competition-certificate integrated education is not only essential for advancing the vocational education system but also meets the new demands of theoretical research and practical exploration in education models. Post-course-competition-certificate integrated education serves as the core path to achieve close alignment between “industry, college, research and application” and to maximize the effectiveness of comprehensive education. This necessitates the establishment of a practical teaching mechanism that promotes production through “posts”, a reform mechanism in the “three teachings” that promotes learning through “courses”, a learning incentive mechanism that fosters research through “competitions”, and a talent evaluation mechanism that stimulates application through “certificates”. By doing so, a new paradigm for the whole process of education and an all-encompassing ecosystem for education can be created.
